Week 2 Learning Objectives

  • Learn the mythological story of Arachne from Ovid’s Metamorphoses.
  • Practice vocabulary from Chapters 3 and 4.
  • Learn about the parts of speech, an inflected language, ID for nouns, cases; first declension; and noun-adjective agreement
  • Learn about verbs; ID for verbs; the verb “to be” sum; imperative and vocative mood
